Joy M. Banks, MSLS, is a consultant specializing in helping GLAM (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums) organizations. With more than ten years of professional library and archive experience, her consulting strengths include project management and review; cataloging and digitization projects; documentation review and writing; and grant writing assistance. Joy currently serves at the Past-Chair of the Museums, Arts, & Humanities Division of SLA and is a member of the Florida & Caribbean Chapter.

Joy holds a MS in Library Science from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a BA in English from Florida Southern College.
