Susan S. DiMattia

SUSAN S. DIMATTIA, consultant, educator and editor, served as President of SLA in 1999-2000. She has taught Introduction to the Information Professions, Special Librarianship, Library Marketing, Advocacy for Information Professionals, and Communications for Information Professionals at the Graduate School of Information and Library Science, Pratt Institute, and has been a guest lecturer on several occasions in graduate schools at Simmons, Rutgers, and Southern Connecticut State University. She worked for many years in the offices of Library Journal and has conducted consulting projects for a variety of content providers in the information field.
